New Years Eve @ Arnold's Bar and Grill. Featuring a 5 course gourmet meal and live music from The Gregory Morris Group. All for only $39.95 per person.

APPETIZERS
SHRIMP COCKTAIL... 3 colossal shrimp served with a spicy Pico de Gallo and homemade tortilla crisp.
ROASTED GARLIC CRUSTINI... Grilled brushetta rubbed with buttery roasted garlic. Topped with feta cheese and kalamata olive relish. Nestled in a bed of spicy shredded leaf lettuce.

SALADS
WILD FIELD GREEN SALAD... Mixed greens accented with dried cherries, walnuts crumbled bleu cheese and drizzled with a sweet & spicy vinaigrette.
ARNOLD'S TRADITIONAL CAESAR SALAD... Crisp romaine lettuce, homemade garlic croutons, fresh grated Peccorino Romano cheese, and traditional Caesar dressing.

CITRUS CORNISH ROCK HEN... Game hen marinated in a spicy Thai orange sauce. Served with wild rice, fresh sautéed spinach leaves, and baby carrots.
ROAST LAMB CREME FRAICHE... Lamb roast seasoned with fresh rosemary and garlic then slow roasted to perfection. Served with glazed root vegetables, sautéed apples, and onion crème fraiche.
GRILLED NEW YORK STRIP... Strip steak grilled to your preference. Topped with rich béarnaise and sautéed mushroom caps. Served with potato au gratin and fresh sautéed green beans.
CIOPPINO... This stew is based on the classic Italian Zuppa di Pesco, meaning stew of seafood. Chopped tomatoes, rich seafood stock, garlic, basil, a dash of crushed red peppers, and a hint of deep red wine make the stage for shrimp, mussels, cod, tilapia, clams, and calamari. Ladled over a chunk of grilled garlic baguette. Finished with fresh shaved Peccorino Romano cheese.
SALMON EN CROUTE... Grilled salmon fillet, roasted mixed peppers, and a red onion enveloped in a flakey puff pastry. Baked until golden. Topped with a creamy lemon dill sauce. Served with fresh French green bean almondine and seasoned wild rice. FEIJOADA... A Brazilian style black bean stew of black beans, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, chiles, garlic, green peppers, and diced sweet potatoes in a rich stew stock. Served over brown rice. Topped with a cool fresh fruit salsa.
PASTA ANDROSKI... Our New Years Eve menu would not be complete with Pasta Androski. Fresh asparagus, portabella mushrooms, fresh spinach, red onions, and roasted red peppers sauteed in Arnold's garlic sauce. Finished with the Androski's homegrown basil pesto cream.
