PHILLY BEEF AND CHEESE HOAGIE... SAUTEED ONIONS, PEPPERS, MUSHROOMS, AND SIRLOIN STEAK SMOTHERED IN MELTED PROVALONE CHEESE. SERVED ON A HOAGIE BUN.

CHILLED SOUTHWEST VEGGIE PASTA SALAD... FIRST WE MIX CILANTRO, WALNUTS, OLIVE OIL, GARLIC, ROMANO CHEESE, AND A TOUCH OF RANCH DRESSING AND GRIND IT EXTREMELY FINE. THOSE INGREDIENTS ARE THEN TOSSED INTO AN ASSORTMENT OF FRESH VEGETABLES AND CHILLED PASTA.

TRIO SALAD... A SCOOP OF TUNA SALAD, EGG SALAD, AND COTTAGE CHEESE SERVED CHILLED WITH A SIDE OF STONED WHEAT CRACKERS.

WEEKLY SPECIALS: $7.75 EACH
MONDAY- VEGETARIAN OR MEAT LASAGNA.
TUESDAY- TAB SALAD.
WEDNESDAY- GREEK SPAGHETTI.
THURSDAY- TURKEY FEAST.
FRIDAY- BAKED OR FRIED FISH SANDWICH PLATTER.
